About leru

leru is a small collection of wooden home décor made in our family’s manufacturing workshop in Kolkata. We began with a simple belief: the objects people touch every day deserve more thought than a rushed catalogue can offer.

Made slowly, in small runs

Our first collection is intentionally focused—tabletop objects, personal pieces, and sculptural forms with softened retro-minimal lines. Every piece is made in limited quantities, individually numbered, and finished to feel considered in the hand.

A workshop story

The work begins close to home. Our mother’s workshop brings years of woodworking knowledge to every cut, curve, and finish. Rather than chase endless variety or fast production, we are building leru one careful edition at a time.
